Okay so we bought the new Wii Active today and I absoluetly love it. The workout was much more intense that anything on Wii Fit and so much more. A 20 minute workout had me worn out and "feeling the burn". Cole hasn't worked out on it yet but I am sure he will enjoy as much as I do.

Count Down to Disney

Well we got our Disney Travel package today with all of our resort information. Everyone was excited to see something from Disney come in the mail. Allen continues to be the most obsessed with how many more days we have until we leave. He counts his weeks based on Saturdays and understands that he has two more Saturdays at home and the 3rd Saturday we will be at Disney. Abby just tells everyone that she is going to Disney World, of course no concept of time. Ashly is old enough that she just goes up to our family calendar every day to check and see how many more days she has. She has been wanting to go to Disney for so long.

Oh I know he loves me!

I was very much reassured today just how much my husband loves me. As I arrived home after working my 13 hour night I was very tired. Much to my pleasure I came into our bedroom to find fresh sheets on the bed. Ahhh.... My favorite. There is nothing quite like crisp, clean sheets on a neatly made bed. He also had my favorite nightgown washed and laid out for me to put on. Lets just say this help to set me up for some very restful sleep. It is the little things that matter most in life. I would have never thought 10-15 years ago that someone doing something like that for me would mean so much.....

Count Down to Disney

Our family is counting down to our big Disney Trip. This is our first real family vacation. We have spent a night or two away at Callaway or the Beach but never a full week. Allen seems the most nervous. He doesn't like to stay away from home. He has asked very good questions like how will I get my stories before bedtime? We assured him that we can pack some books and still have stories every night.
I am really worried that we will be down in Disney and he will cry to go home.... But hey Disney is the Happiest Place on Earth, our nervous 5 year old can handle being away from home for 7 days right???????
Abby on the other hand will ask "Are we going to Disney World now?" Trying to tell a 2 year old that she has to wait weeks is a little harder than I imagined. There is no concept of time at that age beyond today and tomorrow.
Ashly is very excited to be going to Disney. She has wanted to go for a few years now.

Fly Wheel

I am very excited that our Small Group is starting a new study through the movie Fly Wheel. This movie is made by the same church that made Fire Proof and Facing the Giants. Fly Wheel is an older movie made on a very small budget but is a wonderful movie about how we should live our everyday life. I have seen the movie many times and still got all misty eyed during the movie tonight. I have been wanting to do this study for a while and I am very excited that we are starting it.
